Senior sticks are the longest and have the thickest shaft, designed for fully grown players. Within the senior level there is a very wide range of stiffness, because a light player looking for a quick wrist shot is not the same as a heavy player who relies on slap shots. What matters is that the stick flexes with your weight: if you do not feel it flex when you shoot, it is too stiff.

Finding your way

If you are coming from a stick that works well for you, look for a similar flex and curve. If you are new to senior, pick a standard curve and a mid flex, and adjust from there.
